Virginia Ann Stanley

Mrs. Virginia Ann Jones Stanley, 58, of Pontiac Lane in Varnville, died Sunday evening, April 12, 2020 in the Hampton Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Stanley was born June 26, 1961 in Savannah, Georgia, a daughter of the late Bobby L. Jones, Sr. and Louise Holmes Jones.  She was a professional cook and had worked with several restaurants in the Hampton County area.  Mrs. Stanley enjoyed working crossword puzzles and watching wrestling and movies on television.

Surviving are her husband:  Buddy Harold "Bucky" Stanley of Varnville; sisters:  Barbara Javery and Brenda Kirkland of Tillman; and a brother: Frank Jones and wife Liz of Ridgeland.  There are seven nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be announced at the time of her birthday on June 26, 2020 by Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home in Hampton.
