Timmy Ginn

Mr. Timmy "Rooster" Ginn, 61, of Brandy Lane in the Nixville Community, died Monday morning, May 10, 2021 in the Hampton Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Ginn was born September 7, 1959 in Hampton County, a son of Marie Murdaugh Ginn of Nixville and the late Herman Ginn.  He worked for Canfor Southern Pine Company in Estill as a Dry Kiln Technician.  He enjoyed fishing, shrimping and riding his motorcycle.  Mr. Ginn was a member of Nixville Baptist Church.

Surviving besides his mother, is his wife, Angela "Angie" Tuten Ginn of Nixville; daughters, Stephanie Fox and husband Bryan of Brunson and Brittany Ginn of Nixville; brother, David Ginn and wife Kathy of Nixville; grandchildren, Kamdyn, Ma-Leyiah, Will, Paislei and Jack; and a number of nieces and nephews.  Mr. Ginn was predeceased by his father; sister, Donna Marie Breland; brother-in-law, Jim Brian Breland; and a niece, Kayla Arlene Breland.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Nixville Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Allan Kircher with burial in the Ginn Cemetery in the Nixville Community.

Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM at Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
