Theresa A. Coppola

Theresa Coppola entered into eternal rest with her Lord and Savior on March 15, 2026.

Born on June 13, 1960, in Jersey City, New Jersey, she was the beloved daughter of the late Liberata and Luciano Coppola.

Theresa is survived by her devoted husband, Steven Gaworski; her loving sisters, Connie Caliente and her husband Angelo, and Anna Coppola; and her brothers, Alphonso Coppola and Gerardo Coppola. She also leaves behind many cherished cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; her sisters, Restituta Chrissakis and Lucia Jengo; and her brother, Guglielmo Coppola.

Theresa was a bright and intelligent woman who excelled academically, earning honor roll recognition during her school years. She had a deep love for learning and expressed her thoughtful and caring nature through heartfelt holiday and birthday cards, which her family treasured.

She enjoyed many forms of music, especially classic rock. Later in life, she found great comfort and joy in worship music that reflected her faith and love for the Lord Jesus.

Theresa also had a special place in her heart for animals, particularly cats. She always had two or three by her side and compassionately cared for stray cats as well.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. While we grieve her passing, we also rejoice in the assurance that she is now at home with her God.
