Shirley Denise Winn

Ms. Shirley Denise Winn of Turner Expressway near Estill died early Friday morning at her residence after an extended illness.

Ms. Winn was born August 5, 1971 in Beaufort, a daughter of Barney Henry Winn Sr. and the late Eunice Jarrell Winn.  She was a homemaker and had attended the Meadow Brook Baptist Church on Ladys Island in Beaufort County.  She was a wonderful, kindhearted person who dearly loved her children and family.

Surviving are her father of Beaufort;  daughters:  Cydny Bailey Green and Katy Green both of Beaufort;  brothers:  Tony Winn of Grays Hill and Hank Winn of Beaufort;  sisters:  Sheila Trimmier of Ladys Island, Bonnie Keith of Ridgeland, Jackie Rivers of Estill,  Kim Winn of Estill and Vickie Morton of Beaufort.

Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home in Hampton with burial in the Ginn Family Cemetery near Nixville.

Visitation will be Sunday beginning at 1 PM prior to services at the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
