Reba Priester Roberts

Mrs. Reba Priester Roberts of Summerville, formerly of Hampton, died Wednesday evening in the Terra Bella Assisted Living Facility in Summerville.

Mrs. Roberts was born August 19, 1932 in Brunson, a daughter of the late Shelly and Mamie Owens Priester. She was the Co-Owner of Danny's Drive In, in Varnville, and was a member of the Sandy Run Baptist Church.

She was the widow of Wilson Everett Roberts.

Surviving are: Daughters: JoAnn Rentz of Hampton, and Jane R. Jackson and husband Ron of Summerville; Step Children: Wilson Roberts, Rodger Roberts, and Ginny Bruce; Grandchildren: Jodi Jackson, Jenny Jackson, and Jaime Harris and husband Rick; Great Grandchildren: Josh Harris, Jaxson Harris, Rowen Coker, Connor Williams and Cullen Williams.

Mrs. Roberts was predeceased by a son: Tommie Rentz Jr.; Brothers: Owen and Angus Priester, and a Sister: Eula Freeman.

The family suggests that those who wish may send memorials to the Sandy Run Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 252, Hampton, S.C. 29924.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
