Phyllis Owens

Mrs. Phyllis Inlan Owens passed away Tuesday evening, April 16, 2024 at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro. She was 73.

Phyllis was born in Virginia July 1, 1950, the daughter of the late Anne Lori Matthews.  She is survived by her son, Brian Owens (Rebecca) of Brunson, and by her three granddaughters Marci Donehue of Hardeeville, Peyton Prince (Brandon) of Brunson, and Rachel Ortiz (Steven) of Brunson.  She has seven great-grandchildren:  MaKenna, Ryder, Chance, Spencer, RaeLynn, Declan and Miguel.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil "Sweet Pea" Owens, and by her daughter Peggy Owens.
