Percy "Bob" Eugene Lambeth

Percy (Bob) Eugene Lambeth of The Oaks at Salem Road in Beaufort, SC died Friday, July 7, 2023 in the Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

Bob was born February 17, 1935 in Mobile, Alabama, the last surviving child of the late Charles and Lillian Lambeth. Bob was a man of service to his country and community. He retired as a Master Sergeant with 22 years of service in the US Air Force. He served in Vietnam and received numerous Awards including the Air Force Commendation Medal with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters. He later retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was a past member of Dorchestor Masonic Lodge and a past member of the Omar Marching Parade and past President of the Omar Marching Patrol. He was a member of the Sandy Run Baptist Church. Bob was a lifelong fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Bob was predeceased by his wife, Sarah Bailey Lambeth.

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 4 P.M. Wednesday, July 12, 2023, in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Jordan Ayer with burial in the Adnah Methodist Church Cemetery with Military Honors.

Visitation will be Wednesday prior to the service beginning at 3 P.M. at Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, located at 300 Mulberry Street West Hampton.
