Peggy Ann Johnson

Mrs. Peggy Ann Mixon Johnson of Joseph Drive in Varnville, died Friday, April 5, 2019, at the home of her daughter.

Mrs. Johnson was born December 12, 1956 in Hampton, a daughter of the late James Edward "Bo" Mixon and Maebell Gooding Mixon.  She was a homemaker and had attended West End Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son: Ricky Shane Johnson of Hampton; daughter:  Vickie Ann Crosby and husband Richard of Varnville;  sisters:  Mable Brown of Hampton and Diane M. DeLoach of Estill;  9 grandchildren and 7 nephews and 6 nieces.  Mrs. Johnson was predeceased by a son, Steven Christopher Johnson.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, April 12th, at the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.

Visitation will begin at 1 PM Friday prior to services.
