Patsy Nettles

Mrs. Patricia Ann Hall Nettles, 80, of Columbia Highway in Gifford, died Monday, June 21, 2021, at her residence.

Patsy was born in Hampton, September 27, 1940, a daughter of the late Harry and Lula Stanley Hall.  She was a homemaker and a member of Hampton Church of God.  She dearly loved spending time with her family.

Surviving are her sons, Michael Otis Nettles of Summerville and Mark Allen Nettles (and fiance' Melinda Ann Cook) of Varnville; daughters, Alice Marie Williams (Edgar) of Gifford and Lisa Michelle Cook (Gene) of Hampton; and grandchildren, Anthony Nettles, Walter Nettles, Christie Nettles, Josey Nettles, Haley Nettles, Marcus Nettles, Jason Mock, Justin Mock, Daniel Dobson, Megan Dobson, Emma Nettles, Gabby Nettles, Kiera Williams, Tiera Williams and Ciera Williams.  There are 8 great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Nettles was predeceased by her husband, Grover Virgil Nettles, Jr.; her son, Dan Edward Nettles; brother, Elza Lee Hall; sisters, Mae Blackburn, Joyce Ginn Bennett and Betty Johnson; and daughter-in-law, Tina Nettles.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Hampton Church of God with burial in the Black Creek Cemetery near Hampton, conducted by Rev. Bruce Fox and directed by Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin at 10 AM Thursday prior to the service at the Church.
