Nora Chiquita Williams

Ms. Nora Chiquita Williams, 51, of Two Sisters Ferry Road near Nixville passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at Hilton Head Hospital.

Born October 23, 1968 in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of Brenda Crews Jarrell and David "Casey" Jarrell and the late William Bailey Williams, II.  She was a member of Hampton Church of God and loved to spend time with her family and friends.  Ms. Williams worked at several retail stores for over 31 years, namely Fred's in Varnville and more recently being  manager of Family Dollar in Yemassee.

Surviving besides her parents is her daughter:  Cassie Jarrell and partner Jimmy Daniel of Nixville; granddaughter:  Scarlett Daniel; brothers:  Casey Jarrell, Jr. and wife Robin of Nixville, Billy Williams and partner Renata Redmond of Nixville, Darrell Williams of Brunson and Jason Williams and wife Manda of New York; sisters:  Jennifer Baker of Georgia, Sherry Gomez of Florida and Laurie Westmoreland of Pennsylvania; two friends that were like her sisters:  Lorraine Roberts and Crystal Crosby; her special friend that was like a mother:  Bonnie Freeman; and multiple nieces and nephews, especially Ervin and Oliver Williams whom she dearly loved.  She was predeceased by her grandparents, her father and her nephew, Joshua Jarrell.

Funeral services will be 3 PM Friday, July 31, 2020 in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Brian Trent with burial in the Thames Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
