Mary Louise Jones

Mrs. Mary Louise Belger Jones, 81, of Queensbury Street in Savannah, Georgia, died Friday morning, March 19, 2021 in Savannah.

Mrs. Jones was born February 7, 1940 in Walterboro, SC, a daughter of the late Rufus M. Belger and Hilda Koth Belger.  She had been a dental hygienist for many years in the Savannah area. She was a member of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church in Savannah where she had been active with her Sunday School Class and the Samaritans Ladies Circle.  Mrs. Jones also loved gardening.

Surviving is her husband, Warner McTeer Jones of Savannah; daughters, Melanie Jones of Savannah and Julie Trout of Daniel Island, SC; sister, Carolyn Stewart of Savannah; and three grandchildren, Trey, Connor and Dalton Trout.

Graveside services will be 11 AM Monday, March 22, 2021 in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Yemassee, SC directed by Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home of Hampton, SC.
