Mrs. Nina Lucille Tuten Arledge, 85, of Luray Highway near Hampton, died Thursday morning, January 16, 2020 in the Allendale County Hospital.
Mrs. Arledge was born August 20, 1934 in Hampton County, a daughter of the late LeVan and Iva Peeples Tuten. She had retired from Westinghouse Corporation in Hampton and was a member of Hampton First Christian Church. Mrs. Arledge was an excellent cook and centered her life around her family. She was the widow of Billy Murray DeLoach and Rufus "Pete" Arledge.
Surviving are her daughter: Rita Cummings and husband Varn of Varnville; grandchildren: Luke Mole and wife Misty and Natalie Litvinas and husband Matt; and great grandchildren: Lucy and Magnus. Mrs. Arledge was predeceased by her parents, her husbands, children: Sharon Louise DeLoach, Julie M. DeLoach and Paul Anthony DeLoach; sisters: Hazel Peeples and Doris DeLoach; and a brother: Miles Tuten.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home with burial in the Steep Bottom Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM at the Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
