Kenneth Asa "Kenny" Kellar, Jr.

Mr. Kenneth Asa "Kenny" Kellar, Jr., 46, of Rose Lane near Estill, died Monday afternoon at his residence.

Mr. Kellar was born April 26, 1972 in Fairmont, West Virginia, a son of Janet Hibbs Kellar Kimbrel and the late Kenneth Kellar, Sr.  He had worked with the Redi-Mix Concrete Company in Ridgeland as a mechanic and truck driver, had served 13 years in the National Guard unit in Kingstree and was a member of the Pine Level Baptist Church near Grays.

Surviving besides his mother of Estill are:  brothers:  Chuck Kellar and wife Donna of Lake City, and Jason Kellar of Estill;  step-father:  Max Kimbrel of Estill;  and a niece:  Erika Kellar of Lake City.

There will be private family services at a later date.
