Joyce Ann Tuten Smith

Mrs. Joyce Ann Tuten Smith of Kayla Lane near Hampton, died Saturday evening in the Pruitt Health Care Facility in Estill.

Mrs. Smith was born Jan. 3, 1953 in Hampton County, a daughter of the late Jesse Williams Tuten and Jessie Mae Jones Tuten. Before her retirement she was a Rural Mail Carrier for the Varnville and Yemassee Post Office.

Surviving are: Daughters: Dottie Anne Webber and husband Kevin of Orangeburg, and Tonya S. Garick and husband Taylor of Orangeburg; Sisters: Barbara T. Smith of Hampton, and Midge Tuten of Brunson; and one Brother: Jesse William Tuten Sr. of Kingsland, Georgia. There are 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
