Jimmie Franklin Sauls

Mr. Jimmie Franklin Sauls of Freeman Street in Hampton, died Friday in the St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah.

Mr. Sauls was born January 1, 1948 in Hampton County, a son of the late J.B. Sauls and Katherine Moseley Sauls. He had worked with the local Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store in the Frozen Food Department, and had formerly attended the West End Baptist Church. Mr. Sauls enjoyed fishing, Nascar, and going to Flea Markets.

Surviving are: Son: Casey Sauls of Hampton; Daughter: Ginger Sauls of Walterboro; Brother: Wade Sauls of Barnwell; Sister: Bobby Jean Ryan of Hampton; Grandchildren: Brianna Sauls and Devin White; and his former wife: Cissy Godley of Walterboro.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Monday in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, with burial in the Johnson - St. Paul Cemetery in Hampton. The Rev. Dr. Rhyan Ashcraft will officiate.  Visitation will be Monday prior to the services beginning at 12 noon at the Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
