Jerry Lee Deloach

Mr. Jerry Lee DeLoach of Mill Pond Road in Varnville, passed away Friday, September 29, 2023 at his residence after a brief illness.

Mr. DeLoach was born January 10, 1953 in Hampton, a son of the late Wilton O'Neal DeLoach and Florrie Cook DeLoach.  He was retired from BiLo Grocery Store after 20 years of service, as a Stock Clerk and will be remembered for riding his Mop Ped in the community.

Surviving are:  Brother:  Horace DeLoach and wife, Janet of Brunson;  Sister:  Barbara Ann DeLoach of Howardsville, Virginia;  and a number of nieces and nephews.  Mr. DeLoach was predeceased by a daughter, Rebecca DeLoach and a brother, David DeLoach.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. R. P. Hodge.  Visitation will be held prior to the services at the Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
