Jan Thomas Pulaski

Jan Pulaski lived a life filled with joy, generosity, and love. Born in 1943 in Parris Island to Walter H. and Willie H. Thomas. She later married Charles Buddy Pulaski and had two sons, Allan H. Pulaski and Paul J. Pulaski. She will be remembered most for her love for her Lord and Savior, church, family, and the watermelon festival.

Jan was happiest when spending time with her grandchildren and loving her animals. Friends and family will always remember her big smile, love for holidays, amazing banana pudding and her servant's heart.

More than anything, Jan cherished her family: Allan H. and Robin Pulaski. Paul J. Pulaski. Grandchildren: Alexandra and Alex Herndon, Anna Grace Pulaski, and Charles H. Pulaski.

Jan would want us to celebrate her life through worship and fellowship. Her legacy of love lives on in all of us.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd at Hampton United Methodist Church. Visitation will begin at 10 am, followed by a service at 11am. A graveside service will be held at Varnville Cemetery following the service in the church. After Jan's celebration of life, we invite all to a luncheon at the Hampton United Methodist Church fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Salkehatchie Summer Service.
