Hilda Harvey

Ms. Hilda Harter Harvey, 82, resident of 234 Dogwood Drive in Brunson, died Thursday morning, January 2, 2025, at her residence.

Born December 30, 1942, in Allendale County, Ms. Harvey was the daughter of the late Harry W. Harter and Bernice Pender Harter. She was a hard worker having retired from Trident Medical Center after working 25 years as an Licensed Practical Nurse. Ms. Harvey will be remembered for the love she had for her family.

She was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving is her son, Lester Middleton (Lynne) of Brunson, her five grandchildren: Maranda, Dillon, David, Amber, and Josh; her adored 9 great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Malcolm Harter of Allendale and Tommy Harter of Barnwell.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Harvey is predeceased by a son, Chris Middleton.

Graveside Memorial Services will be 1 PM Saturday, January 11, 2025, in the Fairfax Cemetery, conducted by Rev. R.P. Hodge.
