Hannelore Maria Freeman

Mrs. Hannelore Maria Freeman of Railroad Avenue in Brunson, died Friday afternoon in St. Francis Hospital in Charleston.

Mrs. Freeman was born February 18, 1939 in Berlin, Germany, a daughter of the late August and Marie Fisher Ehm.  She was a retired seamstress and also worked at the local Bi-Lo Grocery Store in Hampton as a cashier.  She was a member of the Brunson Baptist Church and was the widow of Marvin "Peanut" Freeman.

Surviving are:  sons:  Daryl W. Freeman of Brunson and Ross Berry of Georgia; eight brothers and one sister that live in Germany;  granddaughters:  Tabatha Brown and Samantha Freeman;  and great-grandchildren: DayQuan, Logan and Savannah.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 11th, in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home conducted by Rev. R.P. Hodge with burial in the Johnson-St. Paul Cemetery in Hampton.

Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
