Glenda Faye Pike

Mrs. Glenda Faye Harriott Pike, 56, formerly of Hampton, died Friday, March 6, 2020, at her residence in Lubbock, Texas after an extended illness.

Mrs. Pike was born July 13, 1963 in Hampton County, a daughter of the late Eric Wilton Harriott, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Shepherd Harriott.  She had worked as a caregiver and was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in Beaufort.  Mrs. Pike had worked in the Hampton County area and Beaufort before moving to Texas.

Surviving are her husband:  Barry Pike of Lubbock, Texas; sons:  William Blake York and Dillon Ford York, both of Beaufort; brothers:  Eric Harriott and wife Melanie of Hampton, Franklin Harriott and wife Cathy of Varnville and Scott Harriott and wife Dawn of Hampton; sisters:  Sandra Manning of Varnville and Ginger Hadwin and husband Wade of Varnville.  Mrs. Pike was predeceased by her parents, a brother: Clete Harriott; and a sister: Gloria Satterfield.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 13, 2020, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Chris Bolen with burial in the Johnson-St. Paul Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 1 PM Friday prior to the services at the Funeral Home located at 300 Mulberry Street West in Hampton.
