With hearts completely shattered yet full of love, we announce the passing of our beautiful girl, Emery Rose Jarrell.

Emery was pure light. She had the brightest smile, the sweetest spirit, and eyes that could soften even the hardest days. Though her time here was far too short, the love she gave and the impact she made will last forever.

From the moment she entered this world, Emery showed incredible strength. She faced every obstacle with a quiet bravery that inspired everyone around her. Through every hospital stay, every hard day, and every moment in between, she remained deeply loved by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her story.

Emery loved being held close, hearing familiar voices, feeling safe in the arms of those who adored her, and being surrounded by love. She brought people together, reminded others what truly matters, and changed hearts without ever speaking a word.

She is survived by her loving mommy and daddy, Lauren Harvey and Hunter Jarrell; the best big brother a girl could ask for, Brady Jarrell; her grandparents, Stacey and Anthony Harvey, Ellis Jarrell (Robin), Stephanie Ginn and Johnny Tuten; her great-grandparents, Micky Ginn(Diane) and Cissy Jarrell, and Reba Wooten, her aunts and uncles, Rena Tuten (Kyle Brunson), Abbygail Harvey, and Hunter Harvey; and her sweet cousins, Emmett, McKee, Briann Miller (Jamie), Jett, Ruby, and Hasil. She was also deeply loved by extended family, friends, and the wonderful nurses who became family and cared for her so faithfully. She was welcomed into Heaven by loved ones waiting with open arms, and we find peace knowing she is healed, whole, and resting with Jesus.

Though we will miss her every second of every day, we thank God for the gift of being her family. Emery's life, no matter how brief, was deeply meaningful and forever beautiful.

A celebration of Emery's life will be held with visitation at the family home on Friday, May 29, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a graveside service at Phillipsville Cemetery at 1:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring and remembering Emery's beautiful life.
