Eloise Moody Stanley

Hampton:

Mrs. Eloise Moody Stanley of Gate Road near Hampton, died Sunday evening in the Bloom at Belfair health Care Facility in Bluffton.

Mrs. Stanley was born March 12, 1929 in Barnwell County, a daughter of the late Charlie H. Moody and Minnie Marie Strange Moody. She was a Homemaker and enjoyed Cooking and Working with her Flowers at Home.

Surviving are: Sons: Jesse J. Stanley and Felix "Alex" Stanley and wife Debra all of Hampton; Daughters: Linda S. Thomas of Hampton, Wanda DeWitt and husband Michael of Nixville, and Susan Marr of Hampton; and one Sister: Myrtis Jenny of Cottageville. There are 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Stanley was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Felix Washington F.W. Stanley, and a son, Paul Murphy Stanley.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Thursday in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home in Hampton, conducted by Rev. Dr. Tommy Kelly, with burial in the Winn Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday beginning at 1 P.M. prior to the services.
