Elizabeth Ann Jarrell

Miss Elizabeth Ann Jarrell, 53, resident of Carlyle Care of Blackville, formerly of Nixville, passed away early Monday morning, March 3, 2025.

Born October 1, 1971, in the Hampton General Hospital in Hampton, Miss Jarrell was the daughter of Mack Gregory Jarrell, Sr. and Anna Elizabeth Cravey Rivers. She deeply loved life, loved her family, and was known for the happiness she exhibited to others. Miss Jarrell had a contagious laugh and special smile that her family will always remember.

Surviving is her mother, Anna Rivers, of Brunson; her father and stepmother, Mack and Mary Jarrell of Estill; her brothers: Greg Jarrell, Jr., Tony Jarrell, and Marc (Elaine) Jarrell, all of Estill, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who she adored.

Miss Jarrell was predeceased by her brother, Jonathan Alan Jarrell and her stepfather, Donald Rivers.

Funeral Services will be 11 AM Thursday, March 6, 2025, in the Nixville Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Allan Kircher and Rev. Joseph Williams.

A visitation will be held at the church beginning at 10 AM Thursday, lasting until the hour of the service.

Pallbearers will be Alan Jarrell, Tony Jarrell, Al Orr, Chris Cravey, Phillip Cravey, James Cravey, and Brandon Jarrell.

Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home is assisting the Jarrell family during this time.
