Eli Levoyd "Lee" Troyer

Mr. Eli Levoyd "Lee" Troyer of Highland Street in Varnville, died Friday in the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.

Mr. Troyer was born October 9, 1926, in Topeka, Indiana, a son of the late Emanuel and Ellennora Troyer.  He had retired as a Vocational Automotive Mechanic Instructor and was a member of the Varnville First Baptist Church.

Surviving are:  his wife: Mary Lou Shafer Troyer of Varnville; son: Michael Troyer of Varnville; daughter: Julie Gooding of Hampton; granddaughter: Dawn Blocker; and two great-grandchildren: Adam and Chase Blocker.

Graveside services will be Monday, June 25th, 11:00 AM at the Varnville Cemetery conducted by Rev. Dr. Tommy Kelly and directed by Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home.

Visitation will be immediately following the services at the cemetery.
