Dorothy Elizabeth Prince Long

HAMPTON :     Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Prince Long, of 188 Mixson Farm Road in Hampton, died early Monday morning, July 17, 2023, at the Lowcountry Community Hospice Home in Summerville.  She was 68 years old.

Mrs. Long was born November 11, 1954 in Hampton County, a daughter of the late Earvy Prince and Frances Stanley Prince Rhoden. She was a Homemaker, and had devoted her time to her family and friends. She was very Outgoing and Loved to go Fishing.

Surviving are:  Daughters:  Rhonda Williams of Nixville, Miranda Schaffer of Varnville, and a Granddaughter that had also cared for Mrs. Long like the other daughters, Elaine Norby of Nixville. Brother:  Larry Prince of Estill; 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Long was predeceased by her parents, her husband:  Ronnie Edward Long; Daughter:  Tina Brunson; Brothers:  Charlie and Mannie Prince; and a Sister:  Marie Prince.

Funeral services will be 5 P.M. Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at the Home of Mrs. Long, located at 188 Mixson Farm Road conducted by Rev. Aaron Winn. Visitation will be immediately following the services.
