Denise Baldwin Turner

Denise Francine Baldwin Turner, 52, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at her home in Scotia, SC.

Born October 1, 1967 in Plainville, Connecticut, she was a daughter of the late Philip James and Alice Blakewood Baldwin.  She was a graduate of Patrick Henry Academy and had attended Augusta College.  After leaving Augusta she moved to Hilton Head Island where she was employed by the Crazy Crab.

Denise is survived by a daughter:  Ashley Blake Turner; a brother:  Sgt. 1st Class Philip Scott Baldwin (Emily); uncle:  Reggie Blakewood (Debbie); special cousin:  Julianna Smith;  3 Nieces:  Katelyn B. Rushing, Isabel and Bree Baldwin; and a special uncle:  Jack Davis.

A memorial service will be held 3 PM Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Lebanon Cemetery in Scotia, SC conducted by Rev. Barney Tuten and directed by Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
