Daryel Frank Overby

Mr. Daryel Frank Overby died on Monday morning, October 8, 2018 in the Saint Highlands Sparta Hospital, Sparta, Tennessee after an extended illness.

Mr. Overby was born in South Fulton, TN on March 27, 1939, the only child of the late Laurene and G.C. Overby.

Frank graduated from South Fulton High School in 1957. He served in the Tennessee National Guard and entered the United States Air Force in 1958. He served 8 years in the Air Force.  Mr. Overby was retired from Miami Dade County Transit Authority and was living in Crossville, Tn.

Surviving are his wife Elizabeth Anne deLoache Overby (the daughter of Melvin M. deLoache and Verna Hoover deLoache Campbell), a daughter Robyn Anne Schmidt, son-in-law Glenn Schmidt of Orlando, FL, 3 granddaughters and 5 great-grandchildren of Orlando, FL.
