Caroline Bishop Long

BISHOPVILLE DATELINE:

Mrs. Long was born July 14, 1929 in Brunson, a daughter of the late Lloyd Fulton Bishop and Virgie Lee Barnes Bishop. She was a Homemaker and was a member of the Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Hampton County. Mrs. Long was the widow of the late William Ragsdale Long.

Surviving are:  Son:  William Robert Long of Bishopville; and Sisters:  Bonnie B. Belger of Lugoff and Grace B. Tuten of Furman.

Mrs. Long was predeceased by two sisters:  Muriel B. Mixson and Athalene B. Mole.

Funeral services will be 3 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home conducted by Rev. R.P. Hodge, with burial in the Hickory Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 1:30 P.M. at the Chapel prior to the services Sunday.
