Aimar Frampton, Sr.

Mr. Charles Aimar Frampton, Sr., 93, of Old Salkehatchie Road near Varnville died Friday morning, September 17, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Frampton was born September 23, 1927 in Hampton County, a son of the late Linwood Frampton and Annie Hay Frampton.  He was a retired farmer and a member of Hampton Presbyterian Church.

Surviving is his wife, Freda Steinmeyer Frampton of Varnville; his son, Charles Frampton, Jr. and wife Amy of Varnville; grandchildren, Ethan and Emily Frampton; and a brother, Eugene Gordon Frampton of North Carolina.  He was predeceased by two brothers, Herbert Washington Frampton and Edward Frampton and a sister Lilie Allred.

In consideration of the current situation with the increase of the coronavirus, and keeping the health and safety of family and friends in mind, funeral services will be held privately.
